Returns & Exchange

Please check our size chart and be sure you've order the right size. If you're unsure about your measurements, you can double check with a measuring tape. 

We have a 7 days return Policy, which means you have 7 days from the day your item has been delivered to initiate the return and sent the item back to us for an exchange or store credit.

Any custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at abirekobie@gmail.com.  we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exchanges

Once we receive your items, a new one will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days.


Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when a store credit is approved. If approved, you will be issued a credit equal to the value of the original items.
